Redbreast PX Edition is a limited release that takes the iconic Redbreast single pot still Irish whiskey and finishes it in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks the richest, sweetest, and most intensely flavored sherry style in the world. PX sherry is made from sun-dried grapes that produce a syrupy, raisin-dense wine, and the casks that held it impart an extraordinary layer of concentrated sweetness and dark fruit complexity to the whiskey.

The result is the most indulgent expression in the Redbreast range the familiar Christmas cake richness of the pot still style taken to its most luscious extreme. A whiskey for those who love their sherry influence bold, sweet, and unapologetic.
