Each botanical is individually distilled using traditional copper pot methods to capture its essence at peak flavor. The result is a sophisticated, layered spirit with no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or caloriesjust pure botanical distillation.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic allspice and cardamom lead, followed by warm oak undertones and bright citrus accents. Herbaceous, complex finish with lingering spice. Perfect for creating refined alcohol-free cocktails.

Serve: Mix with ginger ale or tonic and garnish with lemon peel, or use as a sophisticated base for non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails like the Mule or Sour.
