The nose is marked by the long aging: cigar box, leather, liquorice, nutmeg, toast, gingerbread, toffee. However, the nose stays fresh and light.
We find these balsamic aromas, licorice, chocolate on the palate with a more spicy finish: white pepper, candied ginger.
