Today, Laurent Guillot is in charge, working the family plots both in Burgundy and the Rhne. A full-bodied, velvety style with powerful, dark fruit and smoky spice, its a voluptuous red with exceptional structure, complexity and flavour on a long, luscious finish. It makes a truly magical accompaniment to a prime lamb roast.
