Del Bac Dorado American Single Malt Whiskey is a luxurious expression from Hamilton Distillers that showcases the pinnacle of Arizona whiskey-making. This 750ml bottle represents the distillery’s most refined and elegant offering, with “Dorado” (Spanish for “golden”) perfectly capturing the whiskey’s rich color and precious character.

Dorado takes Del Bac’s signature mesquite-smoked malt and elevates it through extended aging and careful cask selection. The result is a whiskey of remarkable depth and complexity, where the gentle mesquite smoke plays harmoniously with layers of oak, caramel, and dried fruit. The extreme temperature swings of the Arizona high desert accelerate maturation, creating a whiskey that drinks well beyond its years.

Tasting Notes:
Aromatic mesquite smoke intertwines with rich caramel, vanilla, and dried apricot on the nose. The palate is luxuriously smooth, revealing waves of honeyed malt, toasted oak, baking spices, and the signature sweet mesquite smoke. The finish is exceptionally long and warming, with lingering notes of toffee, smoke, and subtle desert herbs.

Perfect for:
Special occasions and discerning whiskey collectors seeking the finest expression of Southwestern single malt. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to unlock its full complexity and appreciate the craftsmanship in every sip.
