The wine is made from fruit sourced from vineyards in the Coal River (15%) and Derwent (75%) Valleys, along with the North West (8%) and Channel (2%) regions. It is predominantly whole berry (8% whole bunch), fermented with natural yeast, and held on skins for 1621 days. The wine is then pressed directly to oak (6% new) for maturation and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
