The blonde color with golden highlights announces a wine with a majority of Pinot Noir and good maturity. It is animated by a fine effervescence. The bubbles, calm and regular, feed a light bead on the surface.

The first olfactory impression is marked by a beautiful intensity. It opens with aromas of biscuit, ripe wheat, pear and cherry. After a few seconds, the nose becomes fuller.Iris, oak, celery, white pepper and the finesse of mineral notes bring complexity and depth. With aeration, notes of melted butter and toasted bread appear, which indicates a harmonious evolution of the wine.

We thus note a nice balance between primary (fruit), secondary (biscuit, bread, butter) and tertiary (minerals and spices) aromas.
