Juslyn Vineyards is a Napa Valley wine producer located on Spring Mountain. Established by Perry and Carolyn Butler in 1997 and today, produces a portfolio of Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines.The rocky hillside vineyard covers 17 hectares (42 acres), overlooking the historic Spring Mountain Winery. It is planted largely to Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Almost all of Juslyn’s wines are produced from estate-grown fruit from this Spring Mountain property.The flagship of the Juslyn portfolio is the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon which includes a tiny portion of Merlot. After fermentation, it spends two years barrel-aging in French oak, prior to 4 months in bottle before release. The remaining collection includes varietal Merlot and a selection of Bordeaux blends.
