Overview:Nicolas Franois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon are married. From their union, they decide to found Maison Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-A, the familys home town. Subsequently, Nicolas Franois joined forces with Louis Salmon, his wifes brother. He oversaw all the commercial activity whilst his brother-in-law, who was passionate about oenology, dedicated himself to the creation of the wines.

This cuve is a blend of two different years revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay. Its complexity, its great vinosity and the surprisingly fresh finish is particularly appreciated by the most informed wine lovers.

Tasting Notes: The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the glints of its golden color.A pure intensity of dry fruits aromas, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of white flesh fruits.The creamy sensation of the bubbles combines with buttered brioche and mineral aromas. It has a persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness.
