A cooling channel of air from the Pacific Ocean gives the valleys wines great balance and finesse. Harvested under a full moon, the Moonwater Merlot is medium bodied, with plush cherry, herbs, and a little pepper on the palate, Finishes with soft tannins and juicy acidity.”
