The Estate Pinot from Mount Eden is the essence of mountain fruit. Dry-farmed and at over 2,000 feet, this pinot dazzles with elegance and purity of fruit.Using natural yeasts, fermentation is conducted in small open-top fermenters, then new wine is immediately put into 75% new and 25% one-year-old French Burgundy barrels. It matures for eighteen months before being bottle unfined and unfiltered.
