The French really love their puns. This is beautifully fresh and juicyserve chilled and enjoy soft and supple raspberry and strawberry leaf flavors. Perfect with charcuterie or a lunchtime salad with smoked salmon.”
About the Wine:
“Cot is a purple grape variety used in making red wine. The grapes tend to have an inky dark color and robust tannins. In the South-West it is known as Malbec or Auxerrois. In the Loire it is know as Ct. Both regions produce radically different expressions of the grape.”
