Winemaker Notes:
“Forget about grassy, goose berries and cat pee, this memorable Sauvignon Blanc is loaded with mineral, savory and dark fruit aromatics. Its a unique expression of how complex and alluring Sauvignon Blanc can be. Understated and elegant, a driving acidity quenches a generous and filling mid-palate, bringing a tense, perfect balance to this wine. The aromas are graceful with a combination of limy citrus, mineral and a touch of classic Sauvignon Blanc earthiness. Its bright and savory, tart and surprisingly lush all in the same package. The wine is completely dry with zero residual sugar to hide behind. Its a pure example of Sauvignon Blanc.”
