The 2021 Freya Eden Valley Riesling from Sons of Eden has lifted hallmark lemon and lime aromas, flickered with hints of elderflower. A bright, refreshing palate with flesh, zest and crunchy acidity. This delicious wine, approachable upon release will mature gracefully for many years to come. \”Another strong riesling from the 2021 Eden Valley vintage, this dry and vividly fragrant riesling has aromas of sliced lemon and quartz-like minerals. The palate delivers teflon-like purity and drive. So sleek and concentrated. Drink or hold.\” 95 Points – Nick Stock, James Suckling, Oct 2021 \”This is a pristine varietal wine that shows the classic floral/lime aromas of Eden Valley. Its a dry style thats crammed with flavour and built on a long acid line. Delightful drinking now, but will cellar.\”Show Notes Trophy & Top Gold Wine – Winewise Small Vigneron Awards 2021
