“So many people have failed to understand what makes the Rheingau special. Here is the answer to their question. This medium-to full-bodied dry Rheingau wine is so polished and so delicious with delicate succulence and lively, but discreet acidity. Very long finish, but more importantly, this is very food-friendly. Where is that lobster? Drink or hold.”
Winemaker Notes:
“The Hattenheimer Grosses Gewachs vineyard’s soil consists mainly of quartzite, loess and marl. These components combined with aging in neutral wooden barrels create a herbaceous, mineral, fine-grained Riesling with a salty purity.”
Alcohol: 13%
