Production

The Edalise Ros is a carefully blended selection of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle from multiple vineyards across Provence. Coastal Grenache contributes red berry fruit, while rockier, calcareous plots add white peach notes. Cinsault adds delicate spice and an herbaceous twist, while Rolle delivers orange blossom and mandarin aromatics. The blend is designed to achieve harmony, finesse, and the delicate ethereal colour typical of top-tier Ctes de Provence ross.
