Champagne Gosset Extra Brut Celebris is crafted with a blend of champagnes from the Cote Des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Founded by Pierre Gosset in 1584, the house remains family-owned and upholds a legacy of quality and tradition. Gossets reputation for excellence begins in the vineyards, where the champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. This meticulous selection process avoids malolactic fermentation, ensuring the purity of flavor. Each bottle undergoes hand riddling and disgorging, particularly for prestige cuvees and large-format bottles.
