The Billecart-Salmon Brut Rserve NV is a refined and harmonious Champagne that exemplifies the house’s commitment to elegance and balance. Crafted from a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Chardonnay, this cuve incorporates over 50% reserve wines, adding depth and consistency to its profile. Aged on lees for approximately 50 months, it develops a fine mousse and a complex aromatic palette.

On the nose, it presents a clean and precise intensity with notes of white stone fruits, fresh citrus, and subtle floral hints, evolving into delicate biscuity aromas. The palate is light and fine, offering harmonious flavors of apple, crisp pear, and citrus, complemented by roasted notes. Its delicate texture and fine vinosity lead to a long, persistent finish marked by freshness and minerality.

Critically acclaimed, the Brut Rserve NV has received high praise for its quality and consistency. For instance, Gismondi on Wine awarded it 92 points, highlighting its full and doughy palate with summer strawberry, brioche, and lemon meringue notes, culminating in a shimmery, chalky finish.

This Champagne is versatile in its food pairings, making it an excellent choice as an aperitif or to accompany dishes such as poultry, seafood, or mild cheeses. Its harmonious blend and refined character make it suitable for both celebratory occasions and refined dining experiences.
