As the Champagne develops, softer nuances emergegingerbread, marzipan, and barley sugar add depth and complexity. The aromatic journey concludes with a fruity and floral finish, revealing persistent notes of plum, mirabelle, quince, orange blossom, and a delicate hint of aniseed.

Palate

Smooth and round on entry, this Extra Brut Champagne delivers a serene, effortless mouthfeel that glides across the palate. The supple attack transitions seamlessly into a structured core, culminating in a lingering finish that balances the sweetness and tanginess of clementine and pomelo.
