“With 50% coming from 2020 vintage and the rest from the Solera begun in 2013, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Solera Brut displays a bright yellow hue and is very well-detailed in its aromatics of lemon curd, brioche, and ripe pear. Medium-bodied and graceful, it delicately rounds out the palate with a supple texture and a delicate mousse, as well as fresh acidity. Easygoing but very attractive, it can be enjoyed over the next 6-7 years. Disgorged December 2022, with 3 grams per liter of dosage.”

“The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Solera is made from Chardonnay picked in Frebrianges, Etoges, Congy and Szanne. Half the blend is based on 2021, the other on a perpetual reserve started in 2013. A lovely sense of waxed, green and yellow apple skin blends with slight smoke and polenta on the nose. The palate strikes a gorgeous, friendly balance, presenting suppleness, smoothness and lemon freshness, swirling them with lovely, mid-sized bubbles. Chalk and depth appear on the finish in an understated fashion, making this really moreish. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 2023.”

“On the nose, a gourmet generosity emerges, embellished with floral notes. On the palate, a creamy texture reveals an elegant structure accompanied by nuances of white fruits such as nectarine and white vine peach.”
