A mountain inversion!
When the weather Gods collide, our mountain home experiences an inversion. In a wicked twist of fate and science, all the frosty, snowy air forced into the valley, under a blanket of warm, hazy, foggy clouds.
So instead of doing our annual Snow Dance to the Snow God Ullr, were offering up this sacrificial Inversion NEIPA in exchange for fresh powder and a white winter!
In true NEIPA style, the tropical juicy flavours of Inversion NEIPA explode in the mouth, followed by a mellow creamy cumulus-like body.
Inversion was given a serious dry-hopping with New World Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops all laid down during fermentation.
