Azacca, Ekuanot and Simcoe hops have been selected for their tropical and stone fruit flavours and aroma. Weve thrown those hops into the kettle, mid ferment and post ferment. The result is a punchy but smooth and clean flavour profile, with a bitterness thats on the lowerside.
