Former wine oak barrels were used for 9 months. Strong, gold-like nose with citrus notes of yellow and orange. Oak combines with soft vanilla and resinous pollen. Lemon barley, lemon soda, and bitter lemon are tight and vibrant. Pleasant length is provided by moreish acidity and phenolic bitterness.
