Producer Information

Bodega Tapiz is an Argentinian wine company that produces a portfolio of value-driven wines, predominantly from the Malbec and Torronts grapes. The company cultivates an extensive vineyard area in the Maipu, Agrelo and the Uco Valley subregions of Mendoza, as well as Cafayate in Salta to the north. The company has acquired additional wineries, the Bodega Zolo and the Bodega Atlantic Patagonia. Tapiz releases wines under its own name and the Zolo label the latter aimed more at the U.S. market. While Mendoza Malbec and Salta Torronts make up the bulk of the portfolio, Tapiz makes a range of still and sparkling wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Bonarda, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.
