About the Producer:
“Chteau de Fosse-Schewas owned by the church for centuries. The monks settled there for the first time in the thirteenth century, and began to cultivate the nearby vines. The winery currently cultivates 8 hectares of Cabernet Franc vines organically, 1 of Cabernet Sauvignon, 5.5 ofCheninand 0.5 of Chardonnay. Today their wines can be found in many restaurants with Michelin stars.”
