On the palate, this is a very pure but juicy and very elegant Riesling with ripe and intense fruit aromas that are swirled around by great finesse and elegance as well as the piquant, mineral grip and salinity of the Frhlingspltzchen. This is precision at its very best and surely one of the finest (and purest) Rieslings you can find in the Nahe Valley from the 2019 vintage. It is most likely the finest Frhlingspltzchen I have ever tasted from any producer. Tasted as a sample in May 2020.”
