“Quite bold and oaky with plenty of weight and richness, this 2019 riesling GG is on the edge of massive and has a touch of butter-caramel (from malolactic fermentation?) Either you like this style or you dont, but we find this to be a rather impressive wine. Long, lemony finish. Drink or hold.”

“The Pechstein loves the saltiness. Pair with matured hard cheeses, all kinds of shellfish, crustaceans and noble fishes, which were prepared puristically and yet rich in aromas.”
