“The nose is of quince and white fruit flowers while the wine shows nice tension and fresh citrus and mineral in the mouth. Very persistent, long and fine with a nice acid/mineral backbone. The malo-lactic fermentation is allowed to happen as very minimal sulfur is used during the fermentation and aging process. With total sulfur levels well below the norm for natural wine, its deft use makes this wine very intriguing.”
