It provides the same vibrant, mineral-driven experience as Chablis but without the premium price tag. The 2021 Olivier Morin Constance Bourgogne Chitry Blanc is a gorgeous, irresistible wine. Inspired by the crisp style of Chablis yet going a step further, it shows remarkable purity and a silky texture reminiscent of Chassagne-Montrachet. It’s lively and full of character. On the palate there are notes of white flowers, citrus rind and sea salt. This Chardonnay is vibrant and energetic with great persistence. Enjoy!
