“Aromas of ripe guava, lemons, currant leaves and crushed stones. Textured and round on the palate with a note of salinity. Flavorful and creamy finish.”

Winemaker Notes:

“On the nose, notes of blackcurrant, papaya, white pear, melons and grapefruit all ripe and delicious. Very well balanced and offset by sweet toffee and green bell pepper. On the palate, powerful, mouth-filling and textured. In the Mulderbosch house style, almost a third of this wine’s blend was matured on lees in neutral 500L barrels, contributing richness and texture to the wine. This wine exudes what Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc is all about.”
