“The 2023 Bourgogne Cote dOr comes from three sites and was already in bottle as usual. It has a sprightly nose, a little pithy in style with yellow fruit and plenty of vigor. The palate is well balanced with a slightly creamy texture, a fine acidic spine, dried peach notes and a touch of spice on the finish. This is a worthy follow-up to the excellent 2022.”
