“A young and fairly austere bottling compared to past vintages, this should pick up lovely complexity along the way. For now, it offers restrained notes of lemon balm and lamp oil with grapefruit and lime blossom nuances that lead to a wax-textured palate with tongue-tingling acidity and citrusy finish. Drink now2034.”

“The exotically aromatic 2023 Georgias Paddock delivers both power and subtlety with brown pear and nectarine aromas with attractive earthy undertones. Bold and mouth-filling, with a creamy texture and gentle grip, this riper style delivers plenty and builds through to a full-flavored finish.”

Wine Spectator, 90 Points

“An intense version, with a hint of struck match up front alongside a mouthwatering core of lime, pomelo and pear notes, with hints of lemon thyme, fennel and fresh ginger, plus a floral jasmine accent. Drink now. 50 cases imported.”

Winemaker Notes:

“Very light straw colour with hints of pale green. Floral and oyster shell aromas with a palate full of all aspects of lemon, from zest to flesh and finishing highlights of lime and melon. Fabulous length, very moreish, bright and crisp. Great as an aperitif because of its fabulous natural acidity. Screw-cap sealed.”
