The palate is fresh and silky, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity supporting flavors of cranberry, redcurrant, and gentle earthiness. The finish is elegant, with lingering notes of violet and soft spice. It pairs beautifully with herb-crusted lamb cutlets, as well as ratatouille, mature goats cheese, or a wild mushroom tart.”
