This cuve was first bottled in 1997 in homage to Joe Dressner’s and Denyse Louis’ dog Buster and is bottled annually (unlike other Buster cuves, which are otherwise only a one-time, one-shot special bottling from a given Dressner producer). “Cuve Buster” is a a selection of the best Monts Damns lots, aged for 8-9 months in two 600-liter foudres and bottled unfiltered. Extremely limited.”
