Crafted from grapes grown exclusively in a single vineyard area, the wine captures the essence of the Winkeler terroir. Fermented spontaneously and matured for eleven months in traditional 2,400L Doppelstck wooden barrels on the full lees, its a wine of impressive depth and authenticity.
