Featuring Simcoe, Strata and experimental HBC 586 hops, there are bold notes of red fruit, pine, citrus and fresh geraniums amid a bready malt base. Extremely dry, balanced and serviceable in a 5.7% package. Drink this out of the can for a more traditional Kolsch-like drinking experience as it retains the snappy carbonation, or pour it out into a glass to express more hop character theres a bit of magical San Diego hop haze that will fade with aging.
