A pale malt base beer was barrel fermented & aged for 12 months with a further 2 months ageing on fruit100kg of hand picked fresh Raspberries from the Yarra Valley cherries per 1000L. The result is a bright fruit character complemented by the acid and malt profile of the beer. Would match superbly with pavlova and summer berries.
