Rita Hills with rolling terrain and sandy loam soils which offers textures of black tea and silt in the finished wine. This red wine features aromas of cherry, rhubarb and mint with flavors of blackberry, boysenberry and allspice. Pair with tri-tip, mushroom risotto, duck breast and roasted peppers.
