“When I first brewed Beechworth Pale in Dad’s shed, I was aiming to craft a beer with a balance and fullness of flavour that wasn’t easily found in Australian pubs and bottle-os. I also wanted to create something that truly represented my hometown the uniquely beautiful and complex place that is Beechworth. Now, 18 years on, I’d like to believe you can still taste a bit of that ‘terroir’ in every sip. Whether this is your first ever can or your 601st, I thank you for being a part of the journey!”
