While the 14.1 focuses on Islay barley, the 14.2 turns its attention to the Scottish mainland, drawing on barley grown across Scotland’s diverse farming regions and asking a simple but profound question: does where barley grows change how whisky tastes? The answer, emphatically, is yes.

Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-wine casks, Octomore 14.2 delivers the distillery’s signature super-peated intensity alongside a surprising elegance and fruit-forward complexity that reflects the character of its mainland barley origins.
