Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-picked and undergo strict, selective sorting on tables before an extremely delicate whole-bunch pressing with a super short maceration to produce the wine’s beautiful, pale colour. Slow fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats to preserve freshness and aromatic precision.
