The name, history, and legend of Maison Charles de Cazanove now one of the key houses in the world of Champagne span more than 200 years, and the quality of its winemaking is evident in each and every drop.Charles de Cazanove utilises both stainless steel vats and oak barrels in the vinification process, the latter used to deliver fullness to the wine where necessary.Charles de Cazanove Champagne Brut Nature NV is a blend of Pinot Noir (50%), Meunier(25%)and Chardonnay(25%), this non-dosed cuve is smooth on the palate. It is full-bodied, with a hint of dried fruit, then mature, especially poached yellow fruit. With a hint of candied zest, the finish is salty and sea-scented.
