91/100 Wine Enthusiast

This wine’s structure, still young, is full of concentration. Acidity and solid tannins are behind this balanced, Merlot-dominated wine. Drink from 2025.

In 2015, winemaker Amelie Osmond chose to settle on this historical terroir of Ctes de Bourg appellation, after a professional retraining. She fell under the spell of Chteau Baron Bellevues estate and vineyard, whose slopes overlook the Gironde Estuary. From this location, the vineyard benefits from an ideal microclimate for winegrowing. Amelie runs her vineyard with rigor, modernity, passion, tradition and quality. She has also started to attach her agro-ecology vision to winegrowing. As of the 2021 vintage, all her vineyards are certified organic. Today she manages to produce personality wines that reflect her terroir, her environmental-awareness and her ambitions of continuous improvement.
