The Chteau d’Arche is located on the heights of the village of Sauternes, south of the Gironde. The area is located in the heart of the famous wine appellation of Sauternes, consists of a vineyard of 40 hectares. The winery is a producer of a grand cru of Sauternes, the vineyard also features a beautiful 17th century building, offering prestigious hospitality benefits and professional seminars and receptions for exceptional weddings.

Tasting Notes:
The 2005 vintage is an elegant wine with good concentration. The nose is both complex and harmonious with a dominance of apricot, orange peel and exotic fruit. On the palate, this wine is very expressive with notes of candied fruit, apricot, melon jam and grilled almonds.

A very “pure” wine with light wood. The originality of this vintage comes from a great freshness and an abundant mineral backbone that balances out the concentration.
