Vinification:
Manual grape harvest early in the morning. Grapes whole before pressing thanks to manual picking and cold settling within 24 hours. Traditional fermentation method for a sparkling wine at 18-20C in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 9 months in bottles.

Colour: a deep pink inviting you to taste and enjoy.
Nose: Aroma of strawberries, raspberries and red fruits.
Taste: Very slightly acidulous with a sensation of fine bubbles.
Aging: Drink within 5 years.
