Clyde May’s is named for the legendary Alabama moonshiner whose apple-brandy-finished whiskeys became the stuff of Southern folklore. The Cask Strength 9 Year Rye is their most serious expression nine years of patient aging, bottled without dilution, delivering the full power and complexity of the barrel.

This is a rare find: a long-aged, cask strength rye from a distillery better known for bourbon. The extended maturation rounds out the rye spice with deep oak character and dried fruit richness, while the cask strength bottling ensures nothing is lost in translation.
