Our classic Matriarch with a bold experimental twist. Using a cutting-edge yeast strain to unleash thiols, this hazy NEIPA bursts withcitrus, passionfruit, and tropical fruit, backed by a clean malt base for a juicy, aromatic finish.

Tasting Notes:Citrus, passionfruit, tropical fruit, and a soft, hazy body with low bitterness

The Story:Its time to introduce a little anarchy, and our matriarchal force majeure is hell bent on empirical entropy. With an experimental yeast strain that unlocks previously unreachable thiols, she is harnessing her brand-new hops full aromatic potential. Throw in a quantum of saturated sesquiterpenes, chaotic compounds and some trademark tumult for pure propriety pandemonium! A clean malt profile is the only known variable in this hypothetical hoppy hubbub, and in theory we expect bags of citrus, passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours as a result.
