Created by John Glaser and the team at Compass Box, this expression pays homage to the great blending tradition that flourished in Glasgow’s Victorian warehouses, where master blenders first discovered that combining single malts with lighter grain whiskies could produce something greater than the sum of its parts.

The Glasgow Blend centers on Clyde-side grain whisky a nod to the grain distilleries that once lined the banks of the River Clyde blended with carefully selected Highland and Speyside single malts to create a whisky that is simultaneously rooted in history and unmistakably Compass Box in character: transparent, artisanal, and genuinely delicious. True to the house philosophy, the full recipe is disclosed on every bottle.

The nose is warm and approachable vanilla custard, ripe orchard fruit, and a gentle cereal sweetness, with soft notes of toffee and a hint of toasted oak. On the palate, it’s smooth and well-rounded: honey, green apple, butterscotch, and a gentle warming spice build with a lightness and elegance that makes it supremely easy to enjoy.
