Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is a unique, organic sparkling beverage that blends Nordic innovation with Asian tea traditions.

The brand was created by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. Faced with a dessert that no wine could matcheven from a cellar of 1,700 bottleshe crafted a tea blend instead. The result was a homemade sparkling tea that quickly became a guest favorite.

Each bottle contains up to 13 carefully selected teas, offering layered aromas, nuanced flavors, and a soft, bubbly texture. With its elegant Nordic design and signature pop, Sparkling Tea delivers depth and complexitywithout the need for high alcohol content,or even any at all.

BL (0% ALC) offers delicate jasmine aromas and beautiful complexity in every sip.

Tasting Notes:
JASMINE / WHITE TEA / DARJEELING
Opening with delicate aromas of Jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas and accompanied by good complexity and depth from the green teas.
It ends in a long finish joined by comfortable tannins created by the Darjeeling First Flush. The colour is light green with yellow nuances.

Food Pairing:
BL is the perfect alcohol-free aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with various starters, vegetarian or light mains, and most desserts.
