We have such sights to show you! We, dear drinker, together, explorers in the further regions of experience! Welcome to a puzzle of a Double India Pale Ale. Built topside down and adhering to a ratio across malts, hops, and process, we present the Lament Configuration. A true Wheat beer as it makes up 50% of the grist bill, followed by Oat and then a token amount of pale. This methodology then parallels the hop blend, creating a defining, unforgettable intensity. We’ve made the puzzle simple enough to solve…. Crack the tab, open the gates, and prepare yourself for an otherwordly balance. Let the flavour flow in and take you away. To where? You’ll just have to wait and see. Taste our pleasures.
